By giving our speakers the opportunity to share their lived experiences, the event encourages dialogue, connection, and cross-cultural learning. Through conversation and storytelling, it explores common experiences and inspires deeper understanding across communities and the wider public. The panel brings together distinguished voices, featuring Professor Boulou Ebanda de B'Beri, researcher in media and cultural studies of the University of Ottawa, Ms.Tasha Simon, Senior Specialist of the Indigenous Program of the University of Ottawa, and Grammy Award nominated and Juno Award winner flutist /composer Mr.Ron Korb. The conversation will be moderated by Professor Adrian Harwood of Carleton University, renowned retired CBC TV Ottawa News anchorman. Special performance by Mr. Ron Korb (15 minutes program) Art Display: Five distinguished local artists from diverse background.
